Diploma in Adult Care - Level 4
The TQUK Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) is regulated by Ofqual.
Learner’s Outcome :
- Develop more specialist skills and knowledge in your area of responsibility and leadership in areas such as assessment or enablement.
- Inspire and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
- Work in a variety of settings in adult social care, including but not limited to residential care, domiciliary care or day centres.
- The qualification would also be suitable for Lead Personal Assistants who work as part of a Personal Assistant team at a senior level.
Entry Requirements :
The learner should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent or achieve this level prior to completion of the qualification.
Credits :
To achieve this qualification, the learner must achieve a minimum of 70 credits.
